dnata catering are currently seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Broadbeach. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the timely provision of effective and efficient administrative support and assistance to Head Office and ports nationally. Your duties will include but won’t be limited to: General administration and reception duties, data entry, scanning, filing, meeting room bookings, etc.
Sending and collecting mail and managing couriers and distribution of goods. Financial control of petty cash and banking. Office presentation, organising repairs, maintenance and cleaning.
Employee uniform orders, maintenance of storyboards and supplier management. Provide assistance with ad hoc marketing, communications and event related tasks. Manage National Police Clearance Renewals for employees.
To be successful in this role; you will possess the following; Must have proven 2-3 year’s experience with previous front desk experience, working in a busy environment with a diverse group of stakeholders’ Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite Self-motivated, highly organised and can manage conflicting priorities Customer orientated and proficiency in the use of telephone systems with a professional phone manner.
