Product Marketing Manager

The Product Manager is an essential role based in the Melbourne office. You will lead the development, implementation, and iteration of a successful ‘Go-To-Market’ (GTM) strategy across key partners aiming for smooth execution, profitable growth, and building internal and external advocacy. The Product Manager will report into the Chief Digital Officer having no direct reports however will work with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes through advocacy and engagement.
Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and iteration of product strategies and tactical execution plans for a range of products with their Enterprise partners. Work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders to influence and drive the delivery of an excellent customer experience that delivers revenue growth. Translate product and partner strategies into detailed launch plans, establish governance models and conduct regular reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Lead the communication planning and execution to all core business stakeholders on key proposition, solution & execution milestones, deployments, new partner integrations to ensure aligned execution of the solutions & campaigns to market. Drive the best execution in market through detailed planning on prioritisation of product, proposition & campaign activities within the portfolios and across the teams to deliver the best overall business outcome. Collaborate & provide actionable feedback to internal teams and partners around marketing proposition development opportunities & gaps based on internal analysis, data & sales feedback.
Identify, track and report on 'go to market' activities ensuring deliverables achieved within implementation timelines and budget. Conduct' post implementation reviews' of campaign execution and deliver recommendations for improvement & ongoing process changes to deliver best results. Skills Product Management experience demonstrating your responsibility for product and service execution.
Tertiary qualifications in business and/ or marketing. Experience in B2B environments. A background in web development would be ideal as would experience of working with Telco/Ecommerce companies.
Demonstrated track record of successfully taking products and services to market in complex markets with a focus on successful execution of marketing and customer experience. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics including, search marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing. Experience with building strategic plans and reporting project tracking to stakeholders.
