Facilities and Maintenance Manager We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join our Sydney National Distribution Centre based in Yennora, NSW. About The Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager who will ensure the site facility and assets are managed in accordance with Australian Standards, comply with local and statutory regulations , Landlord and insurance requirements as well as Woolworths standards and policies.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Ensure the site complies with local and statutory regulations Manage and report on repairs and maintenance against budget and forecast Manage and support CAPPEX budget and spend on site Ensure that site preventative maintenance schedule is implemented and maintained for all assets on site which aligns with OEM requirements, legal and lease obligations, Australian or relevant standards Ensure correct usage of maintenance and building management systems Manage contractors inline with SWMS and work permits Manage and report on contractor KPIs to ensure contract compliance Comply with safety policies, procedures and role responsibilities Incident management and monitoring to ensure minimum impact to the business Provide leadership to the team through ongoing coaching and mentoring Manage Woolworths Supplier Excellence Program About You You will want to be part of a culture where we are learning new things, seizing the initiative, and winning together, keeping our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will have ideally worked in a similar role/industry You will understand Building compliance legislation, fire systems and HVAC Experienced in Lean manufacturing and leading Continuous Improvement methodologies and Reliability Centred Maintenance understanding preferrable Have solid project management skills Able to establish work plans, monitor progress and complete tasks on time and within budget. Experience with maintenance management software (eg MEX, Maximo, Maintenance Connection) Experience in delivering results cross-functionally, in a complex, matrix environment Experienced at leading and implementing change If you’re the sort of individual who takes accountability and strives to always do the right thing for each other, our communi.
