Your new role In your new role you will be managing claims from post lodgement through to completion to ensure claims are processed within expected delivery timeframes to meet customer expectations.
You will also be speaking to internal and external parties to coordinate claim resolution and maintaining concise records throughout resolution process. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in a customer service role facing role ideally from a call centre or you will have prior experience in claims/insurance which is preferred but not essential. You feel passionate about helping others and being empathetic to those in their time of need, you pride yourself on your ability to be patient and understanding with people.
You will also be able to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills and enjoy identifying solutions that require you to think outside the square What you'll get in return In return, $28.50 per hour Super working for a fantastic company. You will be working 37.
