Your new company A leader in the Marketing and PR industry has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join their team in their CBD branch. This company has managed to double their sales taking more market share in the last financial year. Due to this growth they require an Administrator to hit the ground running on a temp basis.

Your new role You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, manage a busy switchboard, book meeting rooms, filing, maintaining systems, data-entry and order stationary. You will provide excellent customer service both over the phone and face to face. This is a busy, challenging role as you will also be providing administrative support to HR and Marketing.

What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position you should be highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience working on reception and as an administrator is preferred so that you are able to hit the ground running in a new environment. You will also need strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills along with knowledge of operating a switchboard.
