Be respected for your expertise The Opportunity We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Team Assistant to provide support to the Talent Reward team. The role provides comprehensive professional administrative and secretarial support to members of the Reward leadership team, and their teams so that they can operate efficiently.

Applications from both Full Time and Part Time candidates will be considered, as there is some degree of flexibility in the hours required for the role. Key responsibilities: Prepare and format various documentation and reports to align with the Aon brand guidelines. Assist with administrative tasks required for meetings and events, including securing room bookings, RSVPS, printing / collating documentation, registrations, catering etc.

Arrange teleconferences and video conferences as necessary. Navigate internal systems and assist with systems administration, ensuring that information is entered accurately. Assist with diary management and reconcile expenses for the Reward leadership team.

Assist with debtor management and distribute monthly invoices. Field initial enquiries and requests from clients and internal stakeholders to the appropriate team member for resolution. General administrative duties as required including printing, scanning, binding reports and ordering stationary.

Assist the team co-operatively to ensure that deadlines are met as and when required. To be successful in this role you will display: Previous Team Assistant experience in a large client focused organisation. Strong IT literacy including expert user knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

High attention to detail and accuracy. Effective organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to deal with diverse clients at all experience and seniority levels both over the telephone and face-to-face.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work effectively in a time pressured, deadline driven environment. Logical, mature and calm approach to work.

Ability to work in a team environment – that is both diverse and remote. Practical problem solving skills, ability to demonstrate good judgement. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Administration professional to join a global leader in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
