We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep / Admin Assistant with experience in the construction and transport industry. This role is located in Maldon, which would be well suited for someone within the Campbelltown area. Client Details Our client is a multinational company manufacturing and supplying building and construction materials.
Founded in Australia, it also has extensive operations in the United States and Asia. Description The role includes: Receive orders for Packaged Products by Telephone, e-mail and ensure all orders are clearly understood entered into Oracle and recorded together with delivery instructions and customer order numbers. Communicating with regional carriers by phone/e-mail the load and pick up details for delivery's.
Communication and interaction with local pick up delivery drivers. Data entry of pallet returns into Oracle and sending pallet return reports to drivers and carriers. Filing and general office administration duties Profile Previous experience in construction and transport industry Able to work day shift starting around 7-8am Own transport to and from work Have a strong willingness to learn on the job Have the ability to take direction Have a positive and Enthusiastic attitude Customer service Data entry accuracy / attention to detail Excellent phone manner Intermediate to advanced typing skills Intermediate Excel/Word Ability to multi-task and work in a busy customer service / transport operational environment Job Offer You will be rewarded with an exceptional workplace and valuable experience working for one of Australia's leading manufacturers.
