An exciting opportunity to support the Senior Development Manager and work with a national residential developer on a large scale development. Our Client: Our client is one of the top brands in the land development world with a reputation for delivering quality masterplanned projects in key locations around Australia. They are seeking an experienced Development Manager with a few years land experience, to deliver a large residential development on the Sunshine Coast.
As the Development Manager, you will report to the Senior Development Manager and will work to achieve project deliveries within agreed time and cost framework and ensure the maximum return to investors with an appropriate risk horizon. Your responsibilities include: Monitor, manage and report on all aspects of planning and authority approval processes and project feasibility. Managing aspects of project delivery including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow; Managing and administering contracts, obtaining current and future approvals and managing aspects of the sales and marketing process; Monitoring marketing and competitor activity to enhance decision making on the direction and performance of the project; Driving strong engagement with key stakeholders to ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes and; Collaborating closely with a high performance development team.
