Manager FP&A / Commercial
Business performance enhancement is at the core of this role. It represents the natural evolution of FP & A - leveraging best practice financial planning & analysis processes and tools into "value driving" business partnering competence. Key responsibilities in this “hands-on” role will include (but are certainly not limited to): Facilitate financial management of revenue, customer profitability and product/service profitability, including monthly, quarterly, annual reporting; Manage the annual budget/long range planning processes; Manage the monthly capital reporting process and facilitate the monthly review meeting; Manage relationships and financial performance for a small set of profit centres; Provide decision support and price/cost analysis for new and existing products and services; Preparing business cases for new products and services for new investments; Identifying trends in key business drivers, understanding the reason and business consequences and recommend corrective actions Defining, reporting on and interpreting key financial and non – financial measures and trends, tracking progress against plans and reporting on progress and recommended corrective actions to key stakeholders; This role will be a "game changer" for both the successful candidate and the organisation.
