Along with providing detailed strategic financial planning and investment advice to a sustainable and profitable portfolio of clients that are easily accessible, you will have the opportunity to work directly with CEO and grow into an equity position within the organization if this is of interest to the successful candidate. This dynamic role will see you providing on-going, high quality and consistent financial advice to existing clients ensuring that you build and maintain a good rapport.

This position comes with a high degree of responsibility as you are part of the Senior Management team. You will have experience in providing holistic creation of financial planning and advice across a broad range of investment, super fund, life insurance etc. solutions.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Responsibility for servicing a range of high net worth clients including participation in client meetings to receive and discuss client information, financial planning advice, establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients Develop and execute business plans and strategies in collaboration with directors Management of existing para planner and administration staff when needed Assist in the design and preparation of financial plans, including client strategies, calculations and modelling Be technically and analytically versed in Superannuation, Life Insurance and Investment Planning - Estate Planning essential Keep up to date with regulatory, legislative issues and compliance guidelines Working on a scope of projects with the directors To be successful for this role you must have the following: Relevant Financial tertiary qualification Five years plus prior experience Certified Financial Planner Previous experience with XPlan essential Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Suite programs IT savvy Motivated, confident and team orientated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hungry for success and advancement The ideal candidate will be motivated and hungry for success, willing to take on a.
