Inbound Customer Service Consultant
Our client, located south of the city currently has a vacancy for a Customer Service Consultant to work with a close knit team in a supportive environment in an inbound customer service role. This role would suit candidates with a technical or mechanical background. This is a temporary role requiring you to work 37.
5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for inbound calls and assessment of claims. Previous technical/mechanical qualifications or experience in an automotive service advisor role or similar would be highly regarded.
