NPS Strategy Manager NPS Insights and Strategy focused Join the organisation in its transformation stage High profile - Melbourne Based About the client My client is one of Australia's largest financial service organisations and are a trusted adviser in their industry with their head office based in Melbourne. They are extremely well known and a reputable brand to work for. The role The NPS & Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving and supporting the core team by providing key NPS insights that will improve customer experience.
Key responsibilities: Design and develop the NPS measurement framework and survey design Identify key Customer pain points that will drive significant improvements to customer experience providing data-drive recommendations to stakeholders Lead the program to set strategic targets and priorities with a customer focused eye Identify trends within the NPS program and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders Measure and monitor the NPS providing key insights using customer feedback Build awareness and educate across the overall business Translate analytical outcomes to consumable formats Develop long-term views to customer insights You will have: Experience in executing Strategy development and strategic orientation Experience in Customer Experience/NPS programs is a bonus (Not a must) Experience providing strategic and actionable insights that drive customer solutions Strong analytical capabilities Strong influencing skills to various levels, must be confident Experience measuring NPS and understanding trends within the customer Ability to engage and develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders Ability to develop strategic plans based on an understanding of various stakeholders/client goals Passionate about customer experience Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills to deliver insights to key business stakeholders Benefits This position has access to key senior leaders of the business This client describes themselves as an energetic, collaborative and a company that has a supportive working environment They are going through huge transformation making this an exciting time to join For further information please call Rosie Cantwell quoting reference 32636 or email, alternatively please apply below.
