Client Relationship Manager
Our Client Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager who focused to build and enhance clients’ relationships with Foundation Clients for their registered training organisation, contracting organisations that support Foundation clients, and other accounts. By maintaining strong relationships, and their internal training delivery, design and business services related roles, the role ensures that our client provides great learning, development and competency outcomes for all’. The role should ensure client satisfaction supporting client loyalty, increased opportunities and developing a new client base.
About the role: Pursue Foundation Client opportunities in line with clients organisational strategy Participate in group marketing strategy Conduct site tours and briefings of the clients’ facilities as required Understand and promote the clients Value proposition throughout Update the clients and stakeholders on status of opportunities Use the clients FEED / FID process for estimating ROI and priority of new work if development is required. Assist in the development of new products as required. Internal consulting with other stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Ensure client meetings are completed quarterly for clients to ensure the company is meeting client expectations, meetings are run professionally, and quarterly reports are provided to a high standard Maintain an updated organisational chart for each Client, a deep understanding of their business and projects. Share relevant information about their accounts with internal stakeholders as required. Understand each Clients’ training matrix requirements, and where possible, obtain future client plans for training as far into the future as possible to assist with internal financial and demand forecasting.
Coordinate subject matter experts to attend client meetings (Delivery and Product), to support providing a best possible solution to the client and to present the company as the leaders in the training and workforce development field Proposals are to be completed after a thorough scoping of the client’s needs has been completed Utilise internal Operations and Product SMEs through the appropriate phases of obtaining client requirements and during client product design and build phases to ensure that specifications meet client expectations What you'll need: Business, commerce, marketing related degree preferable Previous client relationship management experience desirable Experience or product knowledge of working in a training organisation Contracts, tender or procurement experience essential Clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication skills Excellent process facilitation and consulting skills and service ethic Facilitate meetings with high level clients What's in it for you; Company Car Excellent Salary Package Permanent Role How to Apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY " button below.
