About the firm : Our client is a well established law firm offering a comprehensive range of services for their clients. They are located 40 minutes west of Melton so this is a unique opportunity if you reside out West About you : A minimum of 12 months proven experience assisting in conveyancing Organised & Deadline focused Prior experience communicating with clients and the like Filepro, Infotrac & PEXA experience is preferred Motivated and eager to progress their career Ability to work in a team and individually Well presented and client focused Attention to detail skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment About the role : Liaise with clients and other parties Document production Drafting correspondence Vendor and Purchaser client file management Client liaison both face to face and over the telephone Processing detailed property transactions in conjunction with qualified Conveyancers Liaising with a variety of external stakeholders including Legal firms, Real Estate Agents, Banks and Finance Institutions Conducting legal research and processing property searches Finalising client files for settlement Performing settlements (Manual and via PEXA) Benefits : Great working culture with staff morning teas, casual clothes days, weekly fruit platters and corporate discount with local gym.
