We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Customer Service team. In this team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone based customer service relating to Card Disputes and Chargebacks. To be successful in this team you will need excellent attention to detail and time management.
You will need to work effectively in a team environment and be motivated by providing exceptional customer service with every interaction. You will need to be a confident self-starter with a strong background in banking, preferably in payment services. In return for your hard work, you will enjoy a supportive team environment with excellent training.
