Randstad is currently recruiting on behalf of our Federal Government client based in Robina for an APS5 ICT Service Support Officer. This is a 6 month initial contract with possible extension. Responsibilities: Work together to deliver a consistently high standard of support to a highly professional customer base.
Deliver support both over the phone, connecting with remote tools whilst also providing onsite support in the Large Regional Hub as required. Communicate to a variety of clients with differing levels of ICT knowledge Effectively prioritise work to ensure high levels of service and support are provided. Performing user systems administration in Active Directory and Exchange along with bespoke applications.
Desktop support tasks including SOE deployment, software deployment, hardware deployment including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, iPads and Smartphones. Administrative tasks including assisting with reports, telephony administration, documentation and producing training materials. Accurately using the IT Service Management Tool to record and manage incidents, service requests and problems.
About you: Positive contemporary attitudes to people with disability. Competency, or ability to develop competency, in consistently applying assessment tools to identify support needs. Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills.
