Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator, System Solutions Unit
Number of vacancies available: 1 Position Summary: In this role you will provide administrative and executive management support, with particular attention to confidentiality and sensitivity, to Assistant Director, System Solutions Unit within the Business Technology and Information Management branch. You will also undertake office coordination tasks for the Unit. The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to manage competing priorities in a busy and dynamic work environment.
