SEWB Client Contact Data Project Officer
Position Purpose To review client files and interpret case notes to identify appropriate data sets and enter required client contact data into required spreadsheet. This is a short-term high intensity project for up to 4-6 weeks FIFO from Cairns to Aurukun, Coen, HopeVale or Mossman Gorge Accountability Responsibility / Task Operational Delivery Review client files and interpret case notes to identify client contact data sets Enter retrospective client data into spreadsheet for the period up to 30 June 2018 Accurately and efficiently enter data into databases and spreadsheets Ensures client confidentiality and the security of client documentation at all times Selection Criteria Qualifications/ Registrations/Associations Relevant clinical qualification and registration. Membership of relevant professional body e.
g. social work, nursing, clinical psychology, and or relevant experience. Experience SEWB clinical experience with a working knowledge of SEWB clinical practices (best practice) in relation to care pathways/care plans in remote settings with demonstrated understanding of integrated and collaborative client care within a multidisciplinary team Proven experience interpreting case notes and identifying key clinical data Proven ability in using xls spreadsheets and other client related information systems Proven ability to work calmly under pressure and stay focussed Knowledge/Skills Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and diversity of circumstances, particularly with respect to the people of Cape York A high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
