National Key Account/Relationship Manager role. Supportive, entrepreneurial and flexible working environment Client Details FutureYou have partnered with a significant and well known Australian organization who provide payment solutions into large and small businesses around Australia. Description Reporting to the CCO, the Key Account Manager is primarily tasked with managing a portfolio of key clients across Australia.
You will be responsible for retention, strategic account planning, driving revenue growth and superior customer service. This is a client facing role that will see you drive deeper and more strategic partnerships with your client base through close consultation, education, project management and business development initiatives. Profile The successful candidate will have successfully been in Key Account Management/Partnership Management/Franchise Management roles for a minimum of 5 years selling solutions and ideally with exposure to payment solutions.
You will also meet the following criteria: Exceptional communication and presentation skills Highly organised Strong writing skills and experience Proven influencing skills at all levels Confident in your approach and thrive on meeting people and driving conversations Self-starter who can work individually but also fit into the bigger team Ability to travel nationally Degree in a business or related field.
