We are on a mission to find an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to help lead our BRAND-NEW STORE opening in Perth DFO in September 2018 As the Store Manager you'll Lead, coach & motivate your team with breakthrough ideas….& bring their dreams to life Provide customers with a unique store experience Promote our products and maintain our excellent service standards Use your initiative & break the boundaries… develop ideas to help increase sales and profitability Recruit, select and train likeminded team members Maintain visual merchandising, stock control, stock takes and loss prevention Roster for success Report on store performance to peers & senior management. Who you are & what you've done… You have previous Store Management experience You know how to get the best out of your people & are competent in rostering, merchandising & driving KPI's You are upbeat, energetic & motivating - you make the best out of any situation You have strong communication and organisational skills You have a passion for customer service and get a kick out of styling peeps from head-to-toe Staff are required to work at least one day each weekend WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
