Sales & Training Coordinator
Do you enjoy educating Sales Consultants the features and benefits of window furnishings? You will be representing a leading brand that has a presence in many states around Australia and pride themselves on being market leaders in a unique and dynamic industry Reporting to the Managing Director, your focus will be to develop and increase sales, provide advice and styling ideas on window coverings to the Home Décor Consultants. Your time will be based in the South Eastern Office and will also be required to attend the Office in the Northern area one or two days a week. The majority of staff you will deal with on a daily basis will be Home Décor Consultants in their showrooms.
Responsibilities: • Provide relevant design advice, product knowledge and product recommendations • Educate and promote the features and benefits of custom made products • Assist with styling ideas to create imaginative possibilities • Understand product knowledge of blinds, awnings, shutters and curtains • Drive sales with various design showrooms around Melbourne The successful candidate will: • Enjoy educating and presenting solutions to Home Décor Consultants • Ask relevant questions and comfortably offer brand styling inspirations • Contribute your exceptional communication, sales and customer service skills • With outstanding and proven selling skills Highly regarded if you are experienced in interior and exterior window coverings, interior design, home furnishings, textiles or retail.
