We are on the hunt for an experienced and creative Sushi Chef who is capable of preparation and delivery of premium sushi/sashimi from whole fish to final product. The type of Chef we are seeking is someone who has enormous respect for produce and knows how to treat the freshest seafood that will be within the kitchen of this modern fit-out.
