As part of their continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an an outstanding Travel Manager to join their team in Perth.
Your new role As Travel Manager, you will utilise your travel sales knowledge and nurture relationships of key corporate and leisure clients. You will maximise your ability to generate leads to create your own business with key corporate accounts. You will spend your time liaising with key contacts within a loyal existing customer base to manage bookings for air, hotel and car hire services.
This role will require a customer first approach as you will be tailoring solutions to your valued corporate and leisure clients. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this opportunity, your experience within Travel Management will set you apart from the rest. You will be able to manage deadlines whilst utilising your exceptional customer service background to manage your key client's expectations.
You will command excellent communication and listening skills whilst adhering to a high level of attention to detail. You will be an expert in Galileo or similar systems.
