Growing Medical Device Organisation seeking strong Administrator to join their Order Processing team Your new company This established Medical Device organisation is seeking a new Administrator to join their team to offer additional support to their fast paced business located in the Northern Beaches. This company is a leader in the market and provide extensive support and training for people entering the team. Your new role As a support member of this team, you will be the middle man between the Sales team and Suppliers to assist with customer product enquiries and complaints.

This will require you to liaise between the relevant personnel within the two teams to help ensure products enquiries are addressed effectively and communicated appropriately. This includes, maintaining the database, keeping spreadsheets up to date, liaising with overseas suppliers, investigating complaints and making decisions on solutions. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have fantastic communication as it does involve liaising with overseas stakeholders, previous experience in an Administrative or Customer Service position and have a keen interest in providing exceptional service in a past paced environment.

You will have a great work ethic, a can do attitude as well as fantastic attention to detail. Experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry and SAP are beneficial. We are also open to those with a strong administration background and fast thinking, or recent graduates looking to get into the professional workforce and come from a customer service background.
