About the Role The Member Growth & Retention Services Consultant is responsible for assisting converting membership leads into sales through outbound call work.

The position also acts as the first point of contact for membership queries through the contact centre (inbound calls) and may from time to time be required to service members face to face in the branch. About You Experience in a phone based sales role High level customer service and organisational skills Demonstrated creativity, initiative and reliability Proactive, positive and enthusiastic nature Computer literacy, PC skills and ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint Health insurance knowledge and experience is desirable, but not essential Interested in applying?
