Clinical Nurse Consultant - Diabetes
Diabetes Educator Clinical Nurse Consultant, Grade 4 Diabetes centre Fixed Term - Part Time (56 hrs per fortnight) until June 2019 Maternity Leave Replacement Ballarat Health Services is seeking a dynamic, energetic Clinical Nurse Consultant to work in the Diabetes department. An exciting opportunity exists for a diabetes educator looking for a chance to grow and develop a range of specialist skills in a supportive multidisciplinary Diabetes Centre. As a member of a team of dedicated and committed professionals, the sucessful candidate will deliver evidenced based, person centred care across a range of settings.
These include acute admissions, outpatient diabetes clinics, and nurse lead clinics. Evidence of commitment to own professional development, plus maintaining competence and awareness of best practice principals will be required. Opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and networking all contribute to professional growth and will support credentialling requirements with ADEA.
