Due to this growth, an opportunity has developed for a Bookkeeper /Finance Officer to work alongside the Director. Your new role Using your aptitude for financial accounts you will work in a supportive team where you will work Thursday alongside the office manager and the Friday alone.
The core of your duties will include; extensive database record keeping on MYOB, processing invoices, resolving account queries, account reconciliations, expenses, journals, responsible for transactional accounts receivable, pre-payments, and payroll assistance for staff and subcontractors What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you need to a minimum of 4 years experience operating as an Assistant Accountant with MYOB exposure. In addition it is essential that you possess and show your strong attention to detail and effective communication skills liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
