Description

Data Modeller/Data Architect required to set up a new data warehousing capability. Your new company You will be working for a private organisation located in Canberra. Your new role You will responsible for architecture and design of data pathways and a large SQL data platform.

The organisation has recently implemented a SQL data platform and this role will be responsible for setting up the platform to meet the organisations data requirements. You will be creating data models and designing ETL architecture with the lead ETL Developer. This position will have a large influence on the organisations data strategy moving forward.

What you'll need to succeed Experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSRS would be of benefit. Experience with Erwin, Er Studio or Sparx EA would be of benefit. Experience with Python would be of benefit.

Experience creating Data Models to suit business requirements Work with data analysts to ensure ETL processes are established and optimised Experience Developing database and data warehouse solutions. Experience Writing database documentation, including data standards, disaster recovery plans, database procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata).
