Leader in the Not For Profit Industry Supporting two Senior Executives South of the River Location The Company: Our client is a leading aged care provider in WA and operates a range of residential care, community services care and independent living home care facilities with services covering the Perth metropolitan area, and rural and remote locations across WA. The Company at present is experiencing major change which is built into a strong Strategic Plan. Changes are happening quickly consequently there is a need to have staff who are supportive and able to work in an unstructured environment.

The company needs people who can demonstrate a high level of intelligence with the ability to read between the lines and show a flexible attitude to obtain positive outcomes. The Position: Reporting to the General Manger of Strategy you will be required to provide executive support to the GM of Strategy and the GM of Finance. Your daily tasks will include and are not limited to:- Arrange Committee meetings including preparation of minutes, agendas, and all relevant correspondence Attend some committee meetings and prepare minutes, distribute to all senior management, occasionally Board Meetings are held after hours.

Prepare reports and presentations on PowerPoint Manage specific projects as directed by the GM of Strategy Deal with emails, written correspondence and monitor phone calls on behalf of the GM of Strategy and GM of Finance Diary management, e-mail management, Co-ordinating meetings, meeting rooms and refreshments for both executives Liaise with a variety of external stakeholders including Government officials Some understanding of the Property or Building industry would be highly regarded Experience in assisting with tenders and other grants would be beneficial And You To be successful in this position you will need to be an energetic, outgoing, resilient and a positive individual with at least 7 year's experience providing administration support at Senior Executive Level.
