Client Services Officer - Investment & Superannuation

Join this exciting business with broad responsibilities Our client has exciting plans of becoming one of Australia's leading providers of Investment & Superannuation solutions. They are experiencing substantial growth within their product range. In this role you will be responsible for providing the highest quality portfolio administration and client service to new and existing clients, Advisers and portfolio owners utilising the administration platform.
Responsibilities: Opening and maintenance of client accounts. Review of account opening documentation Communicating with clients and Advisers via inbound and outbound calls/emails. Submitting rollover requests Administration for Dealer Groups and Advisers.
Attending to inbound calls in the Contact Centre. Managing an inbox of enquiries from advisers and clients. Liaising with and assisting key Advisers - servicing their needs as required.
Review of KYC/AML documentation Ensuring accuracy in all fund level processing and within agreed time frames. Including asset sales and purchases, bank reconciliations and fund transfer requests. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 - 3 years' experience within Investments or Superannuation gained from a Fund Manager or Broker and have demonstrated strong customer service, communication and administration skills and be able to work with initiative, self-sufficiency and a drive to develop your skills and knowledge.
