Your new company This not-for-profit organisation has their National Head Office based locally in Newcastle. They are a well known service provider who are currently going through exciting changes across the board. Your new role Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to assist their corporate team.

They are looking for someone with initiative and ability to streamline existing administrative processes while also completing every day admin tasks. Duties will include: Uploading of documents and contracts Document formatting Triage of inbox Updating policies and procedures Proof reading and drafting correspondence Data entry What you'll need to succeed Minimum two years experience in Business Administration An eye for process improvement strategies A can-do attitude Advanced MS Office skills The ability to work efficiently and to a tight deadline Minimum typing speed of 60wpm Flexibility and adaptability Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaboratively work within a team Prior experience within HR Administration will also be valuable.
