On going contract opportunity available for an experienced complaints professional to work as an investigator. Your new company This federal department are on the look out for experienced complaints professionals to join a team of investigators. Your new role The main purpose of this role is to consider and investigate complaints from people who believe they have been treated unfairly or unreasonably by an Australian Government department or agency.
As an Investigation Officer you will be part of an Operations team whose primary role is to assess and investigate complaints relating to a particular service and manage/escalate appropriately. A full job description is available upon request. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of complaints and a solid understanding of the complaints process is essential for consideration.
Previous investigative experience is highly desirable. You will be a confident communicator both written and verbally with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Availability to start at short notice is essential.
