We are looking for a confident, organised and career driven person who is focused on securing and completing a Certificate III in Business on the job. Required attributes/skills/experience Well presented Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Polite and friendly phone manner Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Outlook) Proven ability to meet deadlines Genuine interest in a career in reception/administration About the role The Project Administrator's role is to provide support for the Major Projects Team. What are the responsibilities? Provide administrative assistance to the Projects team Collate contractor invoices for approval Filing of invoices Ordering of stationery Credit card expense claims collation Scanning of documentation Maintaining / ordering kitchen supplies Preparation of Organisation Charts Formatting of reports in line with our company standards Arranging Travel and accommodation for staff SharePoint uploading What's in it for you?
