Where you'll be working Organisation specific content Short paragraph on the culture, benefits, what it's like to work here What you'll be doing The Manager Voice Services manages the delivery of fixed and mobile telephony services at a District level in collaboration with IT teams and Corporate Services to provide fit for purpose telephony solutions.

This position manages all telephony for the District, including carrier services, PABXs (IP and TDM), key systems and the mobile phone fleet. This includes completing Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs), service management, carrier billing and reporting to achieve cost effectiveness, value for money and savings opportunities aligned to organisational priorities. A key aspect of the role is the implementation of new systems and system upgrades in new and existing sites, ensuring solutions support meets organisational requirements.

This position works with IT teams to determine the appropriate strategic plans for voice technology solutions for the District..
