KEY INFORMATION JOB TITLE: SHEQ Administrator LOCATION: Pilbara, 3/1 roster ex. Perth START DATE: ASAP DURATION: 3 months possible extension PAY RATE: Based on experience RESPONSIBILITIES To maintain support for the SHEQ team across the business. Assist the SHEQ team to establish, maintain and audit safety, health, environmental & quality management system requirements.

Assist all staff to work in a safe manner and maintain a safe working environment by providing accurate and concise data, information and support as requested or directed. To assist and support the SHEQ Manager. Assist the Company wherever possible to ensure employees, clients and visitors comply with the company values, SHEQ policies and procedures at all times.

Coordinate company training needs to ensure complete and accurate training for all branch employees. REQUIREMENTS Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Training and Assessment. Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Occupational Safety and Health.

3 years experience as an HSE Administrator in the construction, maintenance or resources sector. Understands Safety Management systems and on the job training systems and processes. Possesses strong computer skills and is familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
