Your new company A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading precast yard. Specialising in the manufacturing of precast panels, foundation piling, road construction and electronic signage for civil construction. They have a strong pipeline of work and are seeking a hardworking experienced team leader to join their growing team.

Your new role As a team leader your duties will include, but are not limited to: Competent in supervising up to 10 workers Assigning workers to different tasks Meeting production schedules, with required quality Concrete finishing Steel fixing Formwork Dogging and rigging cranes Driving machinery What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum 5 years experience in pretensioned precast works. In addition to this, you will have a minimum 2 years experience as leading hand. You will adopt a hands on approach and have experience in concrete, steel fixing and formwork.

The client is seeking a hard-working, reliable and motivated leader who can understand and manage SWMS and job safety. Any other tickets including Dogman, Rigging or heavy machinery licences will be beneficial. What you'll get in return On offer is an attractive hourly rate, allowances and OT, the potential for long-term work to go full time and the opportunity to get in front of a major construction company.
