They are actively seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their ever expanding team. To be considered for this role you must bring extensive site experience, you will be a calm, precise operator with a sharp eye for detail. You are a natural leader and organiser, can manage time in regards to project deliverable's and have a fantastic rapport with clients, consultants and sub contractors.
It is essential that you have built projects to at least $30M previously. This role in particular is for a NEW BUILD - $100 So experience is required. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee new builds with a thorough understanding of the scope, contract and project time frames Establish site in accordance to all relevant workplace health & safety requirements Induct subcontractors and site employees Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis Ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets and to standard Manage defect rectification Skills and Experience: Trade/New build experience Site manager experience, including accurately managing all compliance and paperwork required Excellent attention to detail History of successfully managing relationships well with all stakeholders in stressful situations and ability to problem solve An ability to motivate, manage and lead sub-contractors to get the best out of workers Please forward your resume and covering letter to Bronwyn Dawson and Douglas Grierson.
