Applicants must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. This is a special measure under section 57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1996 (NT). Casual role Daly River location Attractive salary packaging available The Role Use your knowledge of the community to help other staff understand how to work best with the Aboriginal community, support community members around their wellbeing and help them understand the work Red Cross can do and work with Red Cross staff to help develop and deliver training to staff, volunteers and the community and to provide other services and activities.

About You Demonstrated detailed knowledge of the local Aboriginal community and proven knowledge of the other agencies and programs in the community are essential. You will also have proven organisation skills and listening and communication skills. You will also possess a current First Aid Certificate or ability to achieve it within a 3-month time frame and a current drivers licence or willingness to obtain Benefits Contribute to making a difference in the Nauiyu community.
