They are looking for a top 1% Inside Sales GUN to come in at help set up an Inside Sales process and eventually start building your own team. The role They are looking for a top 1% Inside Sales GUN to come in at help set up an Inside Sales process and eventually start building your own team. For the first 18 to 24 months you’ll be making sales by going after Enterprise business and seeing which kind of sales processes work best, once everything is running smoothly you’ll have the ability to slowly help grow this team in to hopefully one of the best Inside Sales teams in Australia.

They need someone who is switched on, great on the phone, and has the maturity to understand that this platform doesn’t make sense to everyone and know when to walk away. This is honestly a once year opportunity to be part of something amazing… Duties Setting up the Inside Sales process Making Sales Working closely with the BDM’s Living by the values of the business Contribute towards their fantastic company culture Experience & Skills 3 Years sales experience At least 6 months experience selling software Any experience with Salesforce is a bonus bachelors degree or something similar An ability to work autonomously Culture They have managed to build the fantastic culture they have by making sure that the people coming in to the business all have the same sort of mindset.
