We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team in the Sydney CBD.
Your duties will include but won’t be limited to the following – Gather, research and analyse information in order to prepare appropriate recommendations for compensation payments, treat and support services Be the first point of contact for customers and third parties ensuring accurate and timely responses Accurate processing of applications for compensation Calculate and pay compensation entitlements and any related payments Identify and recommend the most appropriate and cost-effective services to ensure the customers individual needs are met To be successful in this rewarding assignment you will have the following – Excellent time management skills and experience Superior communication skills both written and verbal Proven experience in a customer service role Empathetic and professional manner.
