Calvary Mater Newcastle Administration Officer Clinical Information Department Permanent Full Time 16929 The Administrative Officer will be a valued member of the Calvary Mater Newcastle Clinical Information Department (CID) Team, and required to provide efficient and effective clerical support services to the Hospital. The Administrative Officer will be expected to complete work accurately and within required timeframes, whilst maintaining confidentiality of all information. Processing of Emergency Department (ED), clinic and ward requests, reception duties, assembling discharged records, accurate tracking of medical record locations in the iPM system, and routine filing and culling form part of the role.
The Administrative Officer will be required to follow predefined procedures for work, collect activity statistics and exercise practical judgement at all times.
