Store Payroll Specialist
The role Join the great team of payroll specialists and support our team members as Coles goes live with our Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA). As an experienced payroll professional, this is a great opportunity for you to leverage your analytical skills in this high profile project. To be successful, you’ll have: experience as a payroll advisor or specialist the ability to train and coach other team members SAP experience an understanding of time and attendance programs basic SAP reporting skills EBA, Fair Work and National Employment Standards (NES) knowledge PAYG tax and superannuation knowledge intermediate Microsoft Office skills excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills Your key responsibilities will be to: provide payroll service around the Coles Enterprise Agreement 2017 and other payment related topics provide ad-hoc payroll reporting and analytics provide first line support to store members for Enterprise Agreement 2017 implementation actively work through escalated payroll queries manage stakeholder relationships and be the point of contact towards payroll operations provide continuous improvement of payroll related processes Culture Coles is a fast-paced, constantly changing business that focuses your talents and challenges you to perform at your best.
