As part of our customer service commitment a new, people focused call centre (the hub) was created in 2011 and has grown from a small of less than 5, to today’s staff of nearly 40 (and growing). As an Omni channel call centre, the team manage volume inbound calls, online enquiries, emails, outbound retention, face to face customer service and more.
The Hub is considered the heart and soul of Frizelle Sunshine, as the first and most frequent point of contact and holder of key relationships across all of our business. Our Hub crew are a highly enthusiastic team with an incredible ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment. They each have a passion for people and a love of talking to them What we are looking for : Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner The ability to work in a fast paced office environment The ability to follow instructions and work to targets and deadlines Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Detailed experience utilising Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook What the Inbound role entails : Reservations and booking of service appointments Customer consultation and support to assist in problem resolution Re-directing and coordinating switch board incoming calls Updating and confirming customer information Ability to meet KPIs – call volume and quality To be available between the hours of 7am – 6pm / Mon to Fri Reporting, data entry, email communication Benefits of working with our Group: A supportive and flexible manager Commitment to ongoing development and mentoring Formal and informal training A dedicated and fun working environment Career progression opportunities 17.
