About the Company This Queensland State Government Department requires a Complaints Officer to join their team on a temporary basis About the Role The purpose of this role is to manange and understand corrective prcoeedures regarding complaints against or to the organisation. Your duties will include: Assist office staff with corrective administration duties Handle enquiries with expert advice and detailed information at all times Managed complaint process, delegating and catagorising where appropriate Manage without formalities and conflict when possivle keeping all information confidential Maintain your position objectively always striving for the best outcomes for both parties Provide advice on matters of complexity Provide support and management of company portfolios Administration duties including but not limites to; investigation and preparation with multiple insurance claims, stakeholder negiotiatin with internal and external members of the organisaton.
