They have a strong market presence and a well-regarded leadership team; both aligned to a clear strategy.

With their future ambitions clearly in mind, an opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercial Product Manager to join their team in a newly created position. The key remit of the Global Product Manager is to develop a global product strategy based upon its value proposition and support its implementation. To be considered successful in this position a candidate must be able to deliver the following results: Develop a global product strategy and support implementation.

Build and shape their product segmentation and support both global sales penetration and margin objectives. Support the business to make strategic marketing decisions. This will include a focus on the collection and analysis of customer insights and market data.

Work actively with global sales teams to achieve a marketing driven mindset and improved sophistication in sales efforts. Develop and implement marketing programs, including a significant emphasis on digital strategies. Candidates should have a professional profile aligned to the following framework: Deep familiarity with formulation of product brand strategy, driving better customer insights and formulating a value proposition.

Direct experience within a B2B setting ideally from a comparable industrial products background, where 'technical' sales understanding is well developed A high energy and high caliber talent that can deliver results through strategic engagement and coaching with internal and external stakeholders across their global presence. A track record of detailed market mapping and competitor analysis. Key is the ability to build a sustainable value proposition, communicate effectively and juggle multiple priorities; such as delivering key strategic initiatives and projects.
