Your new role Key responsibilities: This role will see you supporting a CEO, managing the day to day aspects of their very busy schedule.

Reporting Extensive diary management, co-ordinating meetings and conferences. Operational tasks Project support Document creation Email management Travel arrangements Expenses/Invoicing Corporate secretary support What you'll need to succeed Experience required: Ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 5-10 years EA experience Exceptional communication and presentation Ability to work to deadlines and think ahead and anticipate the needs of others Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure High quality work and strong attention to detail Government experience ideal What you'll get in return You will: be part of a dynamic team where collaboration and communication is valued. gain additional project experience furthering your career in the public sector.
