Your new company The client, an internationally renowned automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service professional with a mature and confident approach in resolving customer queries.
The office is located in Altona. Your new role In this role you will be making outbound calls to customers, recalling vehicles that may have faulty airbags installed. You may be required to respond to guests’ queries regarding products, dealers, warranty and all other matters related to the organisation.
Ensure excellent customer experience across all channels such as; inbound and outbound calls, emails, letters and faxes. Your stakeholders in this role will include customers/guests, dealers and internal departments.
