We are searching for exceptional & talented pizza chefs and cooks who have great personality and can deliver memorable food. We have several positions available ranging in varying levels of expertise and experience Key responsibilities include The production of high quality dishes Contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant Work in a supportive and cooperative team Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained Assist with organizing special events and special food promotions Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends Maintain a hygienic kitchen and equipment, adhere to all HACCP standards About you You will be a professional, creative and hard working experienced chef who will complement the team.
As the business is very busy, you will also be fast & efficient and have a great love for food Essential experience Minimum of 3 years experience as a qualified Pizza Chef and possess relevant trade qualifications and a current food safety certificate. MUST have expertise in Pizza making able to dough rising, hand stretching and cooking pizza and need to have grill and pan skills Must possess a high level of kitchen presentation standards and be driven by quality.
