About the role In the role of Customer Service Coordinator your main responsibilities will be the coordination of general sales enquiries, quotations and orders involving giving technical advice to customers, processing of sales orders.
Other duties will include but are not limited to: Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner File documentation relating to the above tasks Quotation follow-up system Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirements To be successful in this exciting previous experience in a similar customer service role is essential and knowledge of the water industry is advantageous as is the ability to read civil construction pipe work drawings and perform take-offs..
