Warehouse Coordinator - Fremantle WA Company : Maersk We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Fremantle, WA, on a 6-month fixed-term full-time basis to cover a period of leave and to assist with project-related tasks. What You Will Do Reporting to the local Procurement Manager, your key responsibilities in this position will include: Prepare, record, track and organise the movement of materials and products in and out of the warehouse Order, pickup and receive stores and services for vessels and office Load products into vehicles for delivery Liaise with manufacturers, distributors and customers Ensure the proper handling and storage of supplies brought into the warehouse Operate a forklift and allocated necessary space for stock rotation Ensure all equipment is well maintained and operated Ensure warehouse is organised, presentable, and safe at all times Coordinate repairs and maintenance to office and warehouse Assist Technical Superintendents with inventory review project and disposal of unused materials and products What You Will Need To Succeed To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate: Demonstrated experience in warehousing or supply chain management A valid forklift ticket and Western Australia full C-Class driver’s licence Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate a strong degree of initiative Demonstrated computer literacy including knowledge and experience with various software including Microsoft Office A fitness level which will enable you to perform manual handling tasks in a safe manner.
